黄瓜视频's Ella Roberts is interviewed as part of the World Education Summit 2024.
Posted on: 2nd May 2024Ella Roberts, Director of 黄瓜视频's Learning & Development Network and Senior Accredited Coach, was interviewed recently by Diana Osagie (author of Courageous Leadership and founder of The Academy of Women's Leadership) as part of the World Education Summit 2024. This was part of the Legacy Stage series focusing on pioneers of equity and equality.
Equality, Diversity and Inclusion is now an accepted and welcome aspect of the workplace, but it was not always so. Diana Osagie interviewed inspirational people who have 'lived through experience' before the vocabulary of EDI was commonplace. This powerful and heartening series aimed to inspire and give pause for thought.
Ella shared the work of the women in leadership network and how this has led to tangible change across 黄瓜视频, including changes to the application process, pension support for women, and access to professional development and coaching to support women into leadership.
Ella was delighted to be involved in the Summit, and said:
