黄瓜视频 CEO Dr Karen Roberts is retiring Summer 2025
Dr Karen Roberts is retiring as of 31st August 2025 after 13 successful years as CEO of 黄瓜视频, over 20 years in education leadership, and over 30 years as an educator.
As 黄瓜视频 concludes its 3 year Strategic Improvement Framework, Karen leaves the Trust in its strongest position ever, with regards to pupil outcomes, Ofsted inspection outcomes, inclusion provision, employee relations, corporate services provision and financial sustainability.
Karen has shaped an organisation that is ready to move into its next phase of success and take its place as a system leader on the national stage.
Commenting on her retirement Dr Karen Roberts said:
“It is now, as 黄瓜视频 is in this strong position, that I have decided to stand down as CEO and hand the baton on to the next leader who will take the Trust further on its journey.
“It has been my absolute privilege to be the CEO of this great organization for the last 13 years and I feel honoured to have worked with inspirational, loyal, committed colleagues, throughout my tenure; always with the child at the centre of everything we do and at the centre of every decision we make.”
The Trustees have already begun the process of recruiting a successor and anticipate the new CEO will be in situ in September.
