Early Career Teachers Conference September 2024
This month, we were delighted to host a conference specifically for the Early Career Teachers (ECTs) working in our schools.
Our Trust is determined to provide the development and support that teachers need and deserve in those first few years after qualifying.
Professional learning lead Cat McKeever ran the conference, and over 30 teachers from 20 of our schools attended the day.
We wish all our ECTs the very best for 2024/25 and we know they will do a great job.
Five of the attendees went back to their schools with a chocolate hamper; This was to say thank you to the 5 schools that had the best response rates in our 黄瓜视频 Summer 2024 staff survey - Bridgemary School, Grays Farm Primary Academy, Pebsham Primary Academy, Pluckley Primary School and The Academy Selsey.
