The Inclusive Employment programme expands the opportunities available. ECL assists candidates by identifying potential employers, creating resumes, organising and facilitating interviews, providing skills development, offering work experience, and providing on-the-job coaching.
ECL has produced a showcasing Maisie's journey with Hylands School and the School Office.
